The Albanian Community is proudly supporting the United Muslim Masjid's food sharing program for needy families in Waterbury. 

This program was started in 2015, giving food packages to 30 needy families on the last Saturday of every month, and now serves over 100 families. 

This program is non-denominational: families of all faiths depend on the United Muslim Mosque's efforts to keep their family nourished. 

Each food package contains fresh groceries (milk, eggs) as well as non-perishable items (canned items, pasta, cereal).

For $20, you can support one family and help put food on their dinner tables. 

Your donations will go directly towards purchasing food packages and ensuring this program remains strong. 

For your convenience, you may use PayPal to make a donation online towards this program, or you may send a check made out to "AAMC" and mailed to 38 Raymond St, Waterbury, CT 06706. Please include "food sharing program" in the memo line. 

Anyone interested in volunteering in the distribution of packages: please be at the United Muslim Masjid (132 prospect street, Waterbury) at 9am on the last Saturday of every month.
